My learner/staff completed the training but did not receive a certificate

The most common cause of this is a simple user error. We have endeavored to make the user experience as simple as possible but over time we have noted that some group trainees will inevitably take the wrong course which is marked as free/individual training, complete the course, and will not receive a certificate.

When your trainee’s login they should be taking the course you assigned them which has a large red splash banner on it marked ‘Group Training’, a ribbon in the left-hand corner that says ‘Enrolled’ and a button that says “start course’.

If this proves to be the case please drop us an email and we will be able to work out a solution and refund any individual user that has inadvertently paid for a certificate after being enrolled on your group course.
