CPR certification is valid for two years, at which point recertification is recommended. This is in line with recommendations from the Amercian Heart Association and the Red Cross. The issue date and expiry date will be clearly shown on your CPR certificate and can be validated online.

The average for the CPR course is 30 to 40 minutes. Each lesson takes no more than five minutes so you’ll never get bored, and you can stop and resume the course as many times as you want.

You can take each end of module CPR test as many times as you need to in order to complete it. We suggest reviewing the material in the module before each retake.
OSHA recommends that CPR training be a general program element of a first aid program. However, some OSHA standards, for example, Logging operations (29 CFR 1910.266), Permit-required confined spaces (29 CFR 1910.146), and Electric power generation, transmission, and distribution (29 CFR 1910.269), have specific requirements that employees be trained in first aid and CPR.
